I adhered Tim Holtz box feet using Glossy Accents.
I created tabs by covering chipboard with Bo Bunny Head Over Heels paper. I used my Envelope Punch Board by We R Memory Keepers to give it the file folder look. I used Victorian Velvet distress ink on all the edges, and I embellished each tab.
I thought the pretty little tulle bow mimicked a bridal veil.
