Butterfly Thanks

I'm using up some more ribbon scraps -- this time in a butterfly. The white card base has a raised white panel. I used the Oriel butterfly die by Memory Box.

The stamp is from the Thank You set by Technique Tuesday. It is stamped with Brilliance Pearlescent Orange and heat embossed with clear powder.

Happy Belated Birthday

I love black and yellow! The black card base has a layer of white, and a yellow layer that was embossed with the Provo Craft Textile folder. I added a yellow brad to the center of the flower that was cut with Nestabilities dies. The black polka dot paper is from Lasting Impressions.

The sentiment is from the Handwritten Notes set by Avery Elle.

Thank You Card

This is a simple white-on-white card. I used the Sizzix oval Embossing Diffuser with a Quickutz floral folder. The stamps are from one of my favorite sets, Oh Happy Day from Avery Elle.

I stamped the flowers with Orange and Ruby inks by Color Box. The leaves are Fresh Green, and the dots are Dusty Plum and Amber. I also stamped the center of the ruby flowers with dusty plum. The orange centers are stamped with Yellow Cadmium chalk ink by Color Box.

"Legos" Birthday Card

I made this card for my grandson's 10th birthday.

I cut shapes from cardstock to resemble a Lego character, adhered it to green cardstock and added a $10 bill.

Congratulations Card

I'm loving the stencil trend! I used Hero Arts' Numbers Background stencil and Dreamweaver translucent embossing paste. This card is perfect for the accountant I made it for.

The banner, hearts and stars were stamped using Lawn Fawn's Blue Skies. I cut the banner from the matching die set. Since I wanted it longer than the die, I attached two together. The sentiment is from So Much to Say by Lawn Fawn. I used paper from the Viola collection by Memory Box for the banner and sentiment. I added some rhinestones, after coloring them with Spica lavender and melon pens.

Thanks in a Heart

This is my favorite way to use ribbon scraps! The heart was cut with a Nestabilities die, stamped and then both the panel and heart were embossed with Swiss Dots by ProvoCraft. I adhered purple and teal ribbon behind the heart and attached both the panel and the heart with dimensional tape.
